To help you celebrate, we'll be giving each guest staying on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package on the 13th or 14th of February a complimentary glass of Burnt House fizz on arrival.

Offer can be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, applies to new bookings only.
Rate includes a £37 per adult allocation towards our dinner menu in the restaurant, excluding drinks.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. The balance for the cost of the stay will be debited from the card provided 7 days prior to arrival, so please ensure sufficient funds are available - this is then refundable until the free cancellation cut-off. Cancellations made by 2pm at least *48 hours prior to your arrival date will not be chargeable but any non-refundable deposits will be lost. Please email us to cancel or manage your booking online. Should you cancel or amend the booking after this time we will charge and/or retain the full cost of your stay which also applies to non-arrivals and early departures. *Please note that for total booking values over £800 a 7 day cancellation notice period applies, and over £3000 a 14 day cancellation notice period applies plus £1000 non-refundable deposit. We will re-issue your booking and confirmation in this instance*
