King prawn cocktail
 Confit duck terrine, medlar jelly
Parsnip soup, curry oil, sourdough croutons

Mains

Smoked haddock, cavolo nero, poached hen’s egg, caviar butter
Suffolk pork loin, quince and tarragon, potato royale, tenderstem broccoli
 Moroccan vegetable tagine with fragrant cous cous

Desserts

Chocolate mousse, orange jelly
Almond choux bun, raspberry sorbet
