We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. There is a very nice atmosphere in our kitchen, lead by Head Chef, Charlene Gavazzi. We cook high quality, seasonal produce in order to produce decent, honest food, both British and authentic Italian, that our guests really appreciate. Being a hotel we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sample menus can be found on our website in the Restaurant/Menu pages. We offer accommodation, if required; a 5-day week with 2 days off (always back to back); a mix of split and straight shifts; and 28 days paid holiday per annum.
