Reservations Manager with duty manager responsibilities

That so many of our team have been with us for a number of years is testament to that fact and this position has only arisen because of staff retirement/relocation.
Our business is essentially in the leisure market and we enjoy a high occupancy rate throughout most of the year. We are looking for someone with advanced reservation software competency and proven management skills. You will be responsible for motivating and training the reservation team, and encouraging them to contribute towards the occupancy and overall success of the company. Reporting to the Directors, you will be expected to constantly measure room revenue performance against targets as well as participate in and supervise tactical and strategic marketing activities in a pro-active manner.
We are open 365 days a year and operate a 5-day-a-week shift system over the 7 days. Reservations and reception is open every day so your working hours will reflect this. The salary range is very much dependent on what skills and experience you can bring to the business but we promise it’s good!
